岗位职责与任职要求
Job Description:
1. Perform the assigned process work completely, accurately and timely to meet the contracted service levels and bench-marked quality.
按照公司与客户签订服务合同要求按时、按质、准确完成业务流程处理相关的工作任务。
2. Handle the processing of customer’s transactions according to the process requirements and performance levels agreed with customer. The transactions include but not only below areas:
按照客户对工作时效和质量要求,独立完成交给的任务。主要包括如下主要方面:
1) Resource request validation / Escalation 人才信息审核及上报
2) Endorse Extension/Renewal Request 处理员工项目到期后的延期和更新
3) New Joiner Matched between Dashboad and ECAS, HR 入职员工的信息匹配
4) Weekly Demand Status Report 周内人员要求量的分析和情况跟踪
3. Be able to answer customers query in English via email or phone call.
能够通过邮件或者电话用英语回答客户的询问。
4. Demonstrate professionalism with supervisor, fellow peers and customers in getting team’s goals accomplished.
良好的职业素养,能够处理好和同事、上级及客户的工作关系。共同完成团队目标。
5. Provide value add service to customers by continual process improvement.
透过持续改进工作流程给客户创造更多价值。
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in English relevant. 英语相关本科以上学历。
2. Proactive, diligent and self-disciplined. 积极主动、勤奋好学、行为自律。
3. Be good at MS Excel. 具计算机应用技能,熟悉OFFICE及EXCEL软件。
4. Fluent English on both oral and writing. 流利的英语口语及书写能力,可直接与国外客户交流。
5. Be good at communications and service oriented. 善于沟通、服务意识强。
