岗位职责
Job Description:
1. Strategic and business awareness, and systemic thinking abilities to assist in designing management frameworks with business leaders, establishing tactical implementations, and process the execution.
2. Lead the management of large, complex multinational projects/programs, demonstrating high-level comprehensive management skills to fully coordinate resources from group and vendors, export professional project management standards, and lead teams to achieve the target.
3. Manage project processes and quality assurance, independently establish and continuously optimize development and platform management-related processes, track project execution, perform analysis and control, and build corresponding performance measurement systems to produce analysis reports.
4. Combine business and team characteristics to accumulate and consolidate project management experiences and methodologies, team knowledge bases, continue to abstract, and standardize common processes/specifications.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Position Requirements:
1. Over 3 years of experience in the software development field, prefer if candidate has independent management experience in large, complex IT implementation or integration projects (high-potential individuals, this item is not a strict required).
2. Experience in project management in the internet field, or a background in finance, especially third-party payment services.
3. Solid fundamental project management skills, deep understanding and practice of both traditional and agile project management models. Hands-on experience with end-to-end management of the software engineering lifecycle.
4. Excellent ability to work under high pressure, outstanding communication skills, collaboration abilities, leadership, high adaptability, self-driven, and the ability to drive others.
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Business English proficiency is a plus.
6. Independent thinking skills, good at observing, analyzing, and discerning the essence of problems; Able to offer constructive suggestions and corresponding solutions and abstract methodologies or process mechanisms to improve team collaboration efficiency.
