QA Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficient in at least 1-2 programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript), with strong coding and debugging skills (experience in building automation frameworks have priority).
• Proficient in at least one mainstream automation testing framework, such as Selenium, Playwright (Playwright preferred), Karate, Espresso, TestNG, Cucumber.
• Experience with performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Postman.
• Experience with Agile development, familiar with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with test frameworks based on the Page Object (PO) model, capable of leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Strong self-learning ability, capable of effective communication with team members from diverse backgrounds (business, technical, management).

Nice to Have
• Experience with a focus on financial or banking-related projects (banking project experience is preferred).
• Proven ability to independently lead and manage testing for medium to large-scale projects
